Programmable Tea Kettle
An electric kettle that can be programmed to heat water to a temperature ideally suited for the type of tea being prepared is a must. Some have predetermined settings, such as this example from Salton (left) that can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Others, like Chef’s Choice (right), allow the user to select the perfect temperature.
