Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of tea definitions and facts are found in James Norwood Pratt’s Tea Dictionary. Norwood, also known as America’s Tea Sage, worked for more than six years to research and compile this much-needed reference book. Indian tea professionals Devan Shah and Ravi Sutodiya were also instrumental in this work, as were Chinese tea experts Chen Zhongmao and Lily Talise Chang. TeaTime Contributing Editor Bruce Richardson says, “Rather than a pure lexicon with dry definitions of tea terms, Tea Dictionary can rightly be called a ‘golden book’ of tea knowledge.”
