Step 1: Fold a 20-inch square napkin in half lengthwise.
Step 2: Fold the napkin in half again, bringing edges to meet.
Step 3: Fold one corner of the napkin back diagonally.
Step 4: Fold the next layer back, tucking
tip of corner under first fold.
Step 5: Fold the third layer back,
tucking tip of corner under second fold.
Step 6: Flip napkin over, being careful to keep folds in place.
Step 7: Fold top of napkin down about one-third.
Step 8: Fold bottom of napkin up about one-third.
Step 9: Flip napkin over again so that folds
are on top, and insert flatware.
