I’m not sure what kind of. Comments you are looking for on this site, but I have a problem that so far has not been resolved. In early May, when the May/June issue of Tea Time was mailed out to subscribers I never received my issue. Afree a few weeks I called the subscription services and was assured that it would be sent to me within 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later, it had not arrived, so I called again. I explained the problem to another agent and again I was assured that it would be mailed to me. Now, at least 4 weeks later, no magazine! I am being persistent because this happened to me before with the M/A 2022 issue that just never arrived. I ended up buying that one for $8.99 on your website. I have been subscribing to Tea. Time since it was first published. I can’t understand what the problem is with the issues that I particularly want to insure that I have a complete collection. At this point I don’t see continuing to call the Philippines as a viable option; it doesn’t work. Please help if you can. I’m not sure where else to go.
I have had terrible trouble with this company as well Sharon. They over charged me without my consent! I’m sorry your problem hasn’t been resolved. I won’t be re-subscribing to their magazine unfortunately. 🙁
