Ranch Chicken Salad Croissants

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup whole buttermilk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups finely chopped roast chicken
- 16 very small croissants
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, dill, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and sugar, whisking well. Add chicken, stirring to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours to let flavors meld.
- Using a serrated knife, cut croissants in half horizontally. Fill with chicken salad.
