The name “Fairmont” has long been synonymous with terms like “historic,” “luxury,” and “afternoon tea.” It is a brand with a distinctive collection of iconic hotels, many of which are on most tea lovers’ bucket lists. To teatime enthusiasts who long to visit one of these landmarks and to those who already have, it may seem inconceivable that anything could enhance that experience.
