Spiced Pecans

Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1½ teaspoons Seasonal Spice Mix (recipe follows)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- In a small bowl, combine the pecans and melted butter; toss to coat. Add the Seasonal Spice Mix, and stir to fully coat pecans.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet, and bake for 6 to 8 minutes; let cool completely before serving.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- ¼ cup ground black pepper
- ¼ cup cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup dried rosemary
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne, rosemary, garlic powder, and brown sugar; whisk to blend. Store spice mix in an airtight container.
