
This Roast Beef Tea Sandwiches are hearty bite-sized layers French bread, Horseradish Mayonnaise, roast beef, and butter lettuce.
Roast Beef Tea Sandwiches
Yield: 12 sandwiches • Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 24 thin slices French baguette bread, toasted
- 1 recipe Horseradish Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
- 12 thin slices deli roast beef
- 12 small leaves butter lettuce
Instructions
- Spread a side of each bread slice with ½ teaspoon Horseradish Mayonnaise. Top each of 12 slices with a slice of roast beef and a lettuce leaf. Top with remaining 12 bread slices mayonnaise side down.
Horseradish Mayonnaise
Yield: ½ cup • Preparation: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 teaspoons grated prepared horseradish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish, whisking well. Refrigerate until needed.
