Dark Chocolate Sauce
 
Yield: ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels*
Instructions
  1. In a nonstick saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, whisking until melted and smooth.
Notes
*For testing purposes, we used Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips.
