Smoked Paprika & Chive Butter
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon dried snipped chives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Garnish: dried snipped chives
- In a small bowl, stir together butter, chives, paprika, and salt until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve at room temperature.
- Garnish with more chives, if desired.
