Chocolate Ganache
Serves: Approximately ¼ cup
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat together chocolate, cream, and corn syrup in a microwave oven on medium for 1 minute, stirring with a whisk after 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and continue whisking until smooth. Microwave 10 to 15 seconds more, if necessary.
