Pumpkin Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- In a large bowl, whip cream with a mixer at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form.
- In a small bowl, stir together pumpkin and pie spice. Fold pumpkin mixture gently into whipped cream. Use immediately.
