Pumpkin Filling
Serves: 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whip cream with a mixer at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together pumpkin and pie spice. Fold pumpkin mixture gently into whipped cream. Use immediately.
