Golden Balsamic Vinaigrette
Serves: ½ cup
 
Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons robust extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons golden balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a glass jar with a screw-top lid, combine olive oil, vinegar, shallot, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously to emulsify. Let stand for 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to a day, let come to room temperature, and shake vigorously before using.
