Chive-Horseradish Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared fresh horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, salt, and pepper to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
