Lemon Buttercream Filling
Serves: 1½ cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, lemon zest and juice, and salt with a mixer at high speed until fluffy. Use immediately.
