Lemon-Dill Aïoli
Serves: ⅓ cup
 
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper until combined. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for several hours until needed.
