Buttered Croutons
Serves: 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cubed French bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together bread cubes and melted butter. Scatter buttered bread cubes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake until bread cubes are golden brown, 7 to 10 minutes, stirring if necessary to brown evenly.
