In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add butter and ⅓ cup water. Working gently with hands, mix ingredients together until a dough forms. Turn out dough onto a clean counter and knead until smooth and glossy, 6 to 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
