Blackberry Cream

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup seedless blackberry preserves
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat at high speed with a mixer until thick and creamy. Add blackberry preserves, beating until blended.
