Blackberry Cream

Ingredients
1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup seedless blackberry preserves
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat at high speed with a mixer until thick and creamy. Add blackberry preserves, beating until blended.
