Orange Buttercream
Serves: 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 1⁄2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur (optional)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, orange zest, Grand Marnier, and salt with a mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.
