Orange Buttercream
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 1⁄2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
- 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, orange zest, Grand Marnier, and salt with a mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.
