Orange-Vanilla Crème Chantilly
Serves: Approximately 4 cups
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large, deep bowl, beat together cream, confectioners’ sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until thick and creamy. Use immediately.
