Vanilla Filling
Serves: Approximately 2 cups
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and pudding mix with a mixer at medium-low speed until combined, 2 to 3 minutes. Add cream in ¼-cup increments, mixing well after each addition. Store in an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Let come to room temperature before using.
