Brown Sugar Glaze
Serves: approximately ½ cup
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil together over medium-high heat. Cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool for 10 minutes. Use immediately.
