Ingredients
3 large egg whites, room temperature
ΒΌ teaspoon cream of tartar
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
In a deep, large bowl, beat egg whites with a mixer at high speed until foamy. Add cream of tartar, beating until incorporated. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating at high speed until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
