Easy-Peasy Yogurt Parfait
 
Makes 1 to 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, divided
  • ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, or fresh blueberries, or a combination of all three, divided
  • ½ cup granola*, divided
  • Honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl or glass, add a layer of half of yogurt, then a layer of half of berries, and then sprinkle a layer of half of granola on top. Repeat with a second layer of each.
  2. Add a drizzle of honey, if you prefer your parfait a bit sweeter!
