Cinnamon Roll Icing
Serves: ½ cup
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, half-and-half, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. (If necessary, add more half-and-half to achieve desired consistency.) Use immediately.
