Molasses Frosting
Serves: approximately 1½ cups
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons molasses
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until thick and creamy. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, milk, and molasses, beating until frosting is a spreadable consistency. Use immediately.
