White Wine Vinaigrette
Serves: ¾ cup
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons very finely chopped shallot
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously until emulsified. Use immediately.
