White Wine Vinaigrette
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons very finely chopped shallot
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously until emulsified. Use immediately.
