Hot Cocoa Fudge
 
Makes 12 to 16 bars
Ingredients
  • 2 14 ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 2 packets of powdered hot cocoa mix
  • ½ cup of mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil and butter the foil.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl put one can of sweetened condensed milk and the chocolate chips. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals. Stir in between until smooth.
  3. Add the hot cocoa mix and stir until smooth. Pour into pan.
  4. In a second microwave safe bowl, pour the second can of sweetened condensed milk and the white chocolate chips. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the white chocolate fudge over the chocolate fudge. Garnish with mini marshmallows. Chill until set.
  6. Cut into ½ inch pieces and enjoy!
