Honey Crème Fraîche
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Add crème fraîche, confectioners’ sugar, and honey, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Cover, and refrigerate until needed.
