White Chocolate Frosting
Serves: 3 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • â…› teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped white chocolate, melted according to package instructions
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter and confectioners’ sugar with a mixer at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Add cream and salt, beating until combined. Add melted white chocolate, beating until incorporated. Use immediately.
