Mango Salsa
- 1¼ cups diced mangos
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion tops
- ¼ cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
- In a small bowl, combine mangos, cilantro, parsley, green onion, bell pepper, lime juice, and salt, stirring well.
- Refrigerate until needed up to 2 days.
