Mock Clotted Cream
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream, mascarpone cheese, and confectioners’ sugar. Beat at high speed with a mixer until combined and thick.
- Refrigerate until needed, up to 3 days.
