Lemon Buttercream
Serves: 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice, and salt with mixer at low speed until combined. Increase speed to high, beating until thick, smooth, and fluffy. Use immediately.
