Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Serves: 1¾ cups
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract with mixer at high speed until light and fluffy. Add mascarpone cheese, beating until incorporated. Use immediately.
