Smoked Paprika Aïoli
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring to blend. Cover, and refrigerate until needed.
