Bourbon Cream
 
Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cold cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until thick and creamy. Add bourbon, beating until incorporated. Use immediately.
