Pepper & Maple Crème Fraîche
 
Makes ½ cup
Ingredients
  • 1 (4-ounce) container crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together crème fraîche, syrup, salt, and pepper until well combined and thickened. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to a day.
