Pimento Spread
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened about 20 minutes and chunked)
- ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 ounce pimento, drained well (I buy a 2-ounce jar)
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 or 5 sun-dried tomato halves (sliced)
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Add all ingredients to a two-cup food chopper and mix until smooth. Seasonings are suggestions. Adjust according to taste.
- Serve as a spread or a dip.
