Pimento Spread
 
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened about 20 minutes and chunked)
  • ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce pimento, drained well (I buy a 2-ounce jar)
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 or 5 sun-dried tomato halves (sliced)
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a two-cup food chopper and mix until smooth. Seasonings are suggestions. Adjust according to taste.
  2. Serve as a spread or a dip.
