Milk Chocolate Ganache
 
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk chocolate morsels 
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, heat cream until very hot. Remove from heat, and add chocolate, stirring until mixture is smooth. Use while warm.
