Cinnamon Whipped Cream
 
Yield: 11/2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Cover, and refrigerate until needed, up to a day.
