Vanilla-Almond Buttercream
- 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients with a mixer at medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
