White Balsamic Vinaigrette
 
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup extra-light olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, onion, basil, and salt, whisking until well blended. Gradually add olive oil, whisking vigorously until emulsified.
