Lemon Glaze
- 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- In a medium bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice, whisking until well blended. Use immediately.
