Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
  • 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice, whisking until well blended. Use immediately.
