Lemon-Mascarpone Filling

Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup lemon curd
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and lemon curd. Beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in a covered container until needed.
