White Chocolate Glaze
Serves: ¼ cup
 
This decadent, two-ingredient glaze can be easily made using a microwave oven.
Ingredients
  • ½ (4.4-ounce) bar white chocolate*, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
  1. • In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, heat together chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave oven on medium power in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring between intervals. Use immediately.
