Sweetened Whipped Cream
- ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- • In a medium bowl*, beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed just until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
- *Use a chilled bowl and beaters.
