Sweetened Whipped Cream
 
It only takes three ingredients to create this delightful topping for our Georgia Peanut Tartlets.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. • In a medium bowl*, beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed just until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
  2. *Use a chilled bowl and beaters.
