Tarragon-Horseradish Aïoli
 
Makes approximately ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and tarragon until smooth. Use immediately, or cover, refrigerate, and use within 2 days.
