Tarragon-Horseradish Aïoli
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and tarragon until smooth. Use immediately, or cover, refrigerate, and use within 2 days.
