Chocolate Ganache
Serves: Makes ½ cup
 
Ingredients
  • 3 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Place chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until steamy, but do not boil. Pour over chocolate. Stir until cream is incorporated and chocolate melts. Use immediately.
