Strawberry–White Chocolate Buttercream
Serves: 3 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 (4-ounce) bar white baking chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, strawberry preserves, milk, strawberry extract, and salt with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Beat in melted chocolate. Use immediately.
